The newly renovated property with an entryway on the 1st floor and a residential attic is located in the quiet village of Počítky, situated between the towns of Žďár nad Sázavou (UNESCO) and Nové Město na Moravě. The accommodation offers modernly furnished spaces in the heart of the Vysočina region, ideal for enthusiasts of active rest as well as families with children. In the vicinity, you can connect to many hiking trails and cycling paths, and in winter, cross-country ski tracks are maintained. An advantage is the nearby biathlon complex - Vysočina Arena, which is accessible year-round to the public for activities like cycling, scootering, and skiing. The accommodation operates all year round.

The entire property is covered with high-speed secured WIFI. In the summer months, a covered pergola with a fireplace and seating area is available, as well as the possibility to use a hot tub. Bicycles and skis can be stored in a lockable garage. For the youngest, there is a slide, swings, and a sandbox available.

The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 2 to 8 people in 3 bedrooms.

The attic provides two double rooms and one four-bed room, a kitchen equipped for daily cooking or baking with a living room including a smart TV, a game room, and a bathroom. Rest is provided by beds with comfortable orthopedic anti-allergy mattresses with anti-allergy duvets and pillows.

A modernly furnished bathroom with a shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine, dryer, and integrated hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet available.

The kitchen area is connected to the living room with a sofa bed and LED TV. Part of the living area is a children's playroom with board games, a playhouse, table football, and lots of other equipment for entertaining children. Upon agreement, it is possible to borrow a travel cot.
