Operation, Fees, Prices

Year-round operation. The minimum stay is 2 nights. In July and August, the minimum stay is 6 nights.

The rental price includes bedding, towels, hand towels, parking, WI-FI, use of the ski/bike storage, and wood consumption for the outdoor fireplace.

Arrival to the apartment is between 15:00 to 20:00 or by agreement. Departure by 10:00.

A municipal recreational stay fee of CZK 20 per person/night will be added to the price (only applicable to persons over 18 years of age). Energy costs (heating, electricity, and water) are not included in the accommodation price.

A refundable security deposit of CZK 5,000 is required.

For reservations, a deposit of 50% of the rental price is required. The balance is payable upon arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 3 months in advance, the deposit is refunded; if cancelled 1 month in advance, 50% of the deposit is refunded; thereafter, the deposit is non-refundable.
